On the desk

Six things I built and use. Four were born in my free time; two are from Símix, where I work.

Banditboard

Claude Code and Antigravity limits · Android, iPhone, Watch, Windows and Mac

Side project

It started on an Android phone forgotten in a drawer, which became an always-on panel on the desk: how much of the 5-hour session and the week is used, when it resets and whether any model is unstable. Today it also runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, and becomes a widget on Windows and Mac. Each model is Racco, a pixel art raccoon that sleeps, sweats and bursts as the limit gets close.

Kotlin with Jetpack Compose on Android and Compose Desktop on Windows. Usage comes from Claude Code itself on the PC, through a hook that runs /usage, with no token on the phone; the pairing key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and the Android Keystore. Open source, with a website and docs in Portuguese and English.

Senna

My Windows assistant · C# and WinUI 3

Side project

It works quietly. Built in C# with WinUI 3, it shows a daily panel and sends Windows notifications for PRs to review, new issues, merges, meetings, reminders, rain and Claude limits. And it keeps the memory: Claude Code saves decisions, reasons and where it stopped, and reads it all back in the next session.

No download. It was made for a single machine: mine. It's here as a build, not as a product.

A simulation of Senna with sample data. Drag the map nodes, switch screens in the sidebar and turn alerts off in the settings: the day goes by and it only speaks up about what you allowed.

Toca

My Windows dock · C# and WinUI 3

Side project

Racco's home. A glass dock in place of the taskbar, with live window thumbnails and the Teams and Discord badges. Banditboard's Racco lives on top: he walks along the bar, says the Claude Code usage when it changes, runs to the window asking for permission and holds up a sign for the next meeting.

It doesn't fetch anything by itself. Banditboard sends the Claude Code usage and sessions; Senna sends weather, GitHub, calendar and alerts, and Racco delivers it all instead of Windows notifications. There's a Halloween theme with little ghosts, a search on Alt+Space, and the dock goes on any edge of the screen.

Símix Ponto

Time clock app · Android, iOS and Windows

Símix · work

The time clock app of the Símix Ponto ecosystem: online and offline with sync, GPS and geofencing, face recognition with Azure Face, biometrics, kiosk mode and protection against fake locations. It has a module for drivers and talks to legacy systems such as PcPonto.

A few things I have worked on

  • The app already existed when I joined. Since 2024 I have led its development, and in 2025 I redesigned the interface to match Símix Ponto Cloud.
  • Face verification at clock-in: per user, in kiosk mode and also validated on the server.
  • Offline clock-in: the punch stays on the device and uploads when the network is back.
  • Employee panel in the app: the days of the period, adding a missing punch, timesheets, documents and signatures.
  • I took over the iOS version: the app only ran on Android and Windows, and I did the port, the testing and the App Store release.

Símix Ponto Cloud

Web platform · multitenant SaaS

Símix · work

The cloud platform behind the app and the time clocks: workforce time management for companies in many industries, from supermarkets to trucking. It automates time tracking, schedules and days off and the hour bank, with a manager portal and an employee portal, and integrates with certified time clocks and the main payroll systems.

A few things I have worked on

  • I build the dashboards and reports library: configurable widgets, global filters, the punch map and the timesheet PDF.
  • Timesheet PDF with electronic signature.
  • I migrated the front end from Blazor Server to WebAssembly.
  • I took part in migrating the time calculation engine to .NET: hour bank, payroll export and tax files.
  • Real-time notifications and alert rules, by site, email and app.

I'm a C# and .NET developer at Símix Sistemas. I joined in 2020 as a support intern, setting up time clocks, and got here self-taught, straight from the docs and practice.

I work from the database to the UI on Símix Ponto Cloud, a multitenant SaaS platform built with ABP Framework, Blazor, PostgreSQL and Azure, and on the Símix Ponto app in .NET MAUI, published on Google Play and the App Store. I migrated the front end to Blazor WebAssembly, took over the iOS version of the app and took part in migrating the legacy VB6 system to .NET.

I like performance, automated tests and automating whatever repeats. In my free time, I build the tools I use myself.

Special move

Some ideas are useful. Others… I just wanted to see them working.

Passive · Self-taught

Learned from the official docs and practice, focused on Clean Code, SOLID and Design Patterns.
